To import data from another mediawiki site say en.wikipedia.org use these features Exporting files: use Special:Export/File_Name importing files: use Special:Import

Note that to import data into Kenya.or.KE, you must be a Sysop

If you have copied templates directly from Wikipedia and you see output like {{#if: ...}} and {{#ifeq: ...}} it means that you do not have the ParserFunctions extension installed.
